Surbhi Singh is a seasoned product manager currently working at Sundial. With nearly 7 years of relevant experience, she has a proven track record of driving growth and delivering successful products. Prior to joining Sundial, Surbhi worked at Upstox where she supported co-founders in key strategic projects and effective team cross-collaboration during the fastest phase of growth. She played a pivotal role as a project manager for a major product upgrade, overseeing the complete product lifecycle from definition, design, development to beta launch. She also streamlined company-wide quarterly target planning and performance reviews, defining annual strategic objectives, setting SMART division-wise KPIs, and providing visibility with monthly reviews. Surbhi has also worked as a short-term consultant at The Quantum Hub. Surbhi holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Master in International Management degree from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education. She also completed a CEMS Masters in Management degree from Stockholm School of Economics and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
