Surendra Reddy is a seasoned Delivery Management, Program Management, and Engineering Management professional with over 20 years of experience in Digital Video Technology Solutions for Set-Top-Boxes (STBs) across DTH (Direct-To-Home) and OTT (Over-The-Top) platforms. He has led cross-functional teams and delivered large, complex programs spanning broadcast, OTT & Cloud Services within defined quality, time, and cost parameters for Service Providers across the globe. Surendra is an expert in building high-performance teams by building sustained motivation and cultivating the culture of continuous improvement in the team. Surendra has collaborated with internal stakeholders to finalize high-level system design and project plan for FOXTEL and Sky-Newzealand projects. He has attended Annual Global Management Conferences in Lisbon (Portugal) & Budapest (Hungary). Surendra is currently serving as the Chief Delivery Officer at logituit. He has previously worked at Synamedia as an Engineering Manager - OTT Streaming, Cloud Microservices and at Cisco as a Program Manager - STB Software Development, System Integration. He has a Master of Computer Applications degree and a Bachelor's degree in BSc in Electronics from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
