Suresh Babu is a seasoned HR professional with over 7 years of experience in HRBP and Generalist activities. He is a Talent Enabler with expertise in HR Transformation and HR Operations. Suresh has worked with Voxvalley Technologies as Lead-HR, where he conducted one-to-one connects with employees, addressed employee grievances, conducted exit interviews, and revised HR policies. He identified different training requirements of resources and organized necessary trainings. He developed the skill repository of the entire organization and took care of various HR interventions to support business to address issues. He helped the senior management team in forming the new architecture of levels for FY18-FY19 and prepared hike letters for all Pervacio employees with the new pay structure for different levels in the organization. Suresh holds an MBA from the University of Mysore and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from JNTUA College of Engineering, Anantapur.
