Suresh Gaikwad is a highly motivated and collaborative Senior Cloud Success Architect at Red Hat with over 10 years of relevant experience in the tech industry. With a strong belief in innovation and collaboration, Suresh is inspired by the Open Source world and the collaborative projects like Linux and GNU. He is an active member of the Fedora Open Source Community and a Red Hat Certified Engineer. In his current role at Red Hat, Suresh is responsible for mentoring and training engineers within DevOps domain, Openshift, docker, Containers, ansible, git, jenkins and propagating domain expertise across geographically diverse teams. He also carries out necessary research and files bugs in Red Hat products, provides analysis to fully understand issues, proposes fixes, provides advice, and educates customers. He collaborates with the engineering, product management, and support management teams when necessary in order to prioritize customers' requests. Additionally, he works with Red Hat's strategic customers on critical production issues involving their products and supports newly introduced products and technologies. Suresh has previously worked as a Senior Software Maintenance Engineer at Red Hat and has gained expertise in Ansible, product management, Docker, Research Scientist, Jenkins, and DevOps. He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Aurangabad. He has also completed his HSC and SSC from MSBSHSE. Suresh is passionate about working with Red Hat Technologies and feels great to share knowledge with University/College students on Open Source and Red Hat.
