As a passionate talent evangelist, he has a deep understanding of the talent ecosystem, evolving technology landscape, and hiring expertise in candidate-driven markets. Suresh specializes in Recruitment, Talent strategy, Talent planning, Talent Consulting, Product Hiring, Leadership Hiring, Employer Branding, DE&I, Talent Analytics, People leadership, CXO connect, & Stakeholder Management. He is currently heading talent acquisition for Genesys India as Recruitment Head-India. In his past roles, he has held leadership positions in Wipro and Randstad, where he was responsible for heading both Leadership Hiring's & Oracle Practice Pan India and leading talent acquisition teams spread across Chennai, Pune, Vadodara & Bangalore for two strategic Fintech/payment industry clients for Randstad Sourceright, respectively. Suresh has an Executive Development Program in Organizational Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He has a relevant experience of 19.21 years in the field of Talent Acquisition, where he has successfully designed and implemented talent strategies that have helped organizations attract and retain top talent.
