Suresh Ravi is a Site Reliability Engineer at Apple with over 5 years of hands-on experience in supporting, automating, and optimizing mission-critical deployments in AWS. At AppDynamics, he was actively involved in AGILE/SCRUM methodologies while executing the project and wrote various shell scripts to automate the build and release process. He oversaw and maintained the health of the End User Monitoring (EUM) Clouds running on AWS and EKS and used infrastructure and application performance monitoring tools to monitor Cloud and custom services. At Coverhound, Suresh eliminated 80% of manual work with Jenkins and maintained fully automated CI/CD pipelines for code deployment using Jenkins. He also built and deployed Docker containers to break up monolithic apps into microservices, improving developer workflow, increasing scalability, and optimizing speed. Suresh holds a Masters's degree in Computer Science from California State University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from BTL Institute of Technology.
