Suresh Subrahmanyam is a strategic global executive with over 23 years of experience in engineering management and quality management, specializing in power electronics. He has a proven track record of delivering results and driving customer-centric performance. Suresh has a clear understanding of the customers and their experience, and he can collaborate with teams from shop floors to C-level executives. Suresh's areas of expertise include global management, customer consulting, product development, risk management, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, project sponsorship, talent acquisition, organizational transformation, and resource planning. He is a trusted leader who develops strong trust within teams at all levels, steering high-performance cultures. Suresh also builds collaborative teams by leveraging strengths across ecosystems and is analytical and data-driven, leveraging data and advanced analytics to drive proactive action. Currently, Suresh serves as the VP of Customer Satisfaction and Quality at Schneider Electric, where he is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and quality across the organization. Prior to this, he held various leadership roles at American Power Conversion and General Electric, where he served as the Platform & Test Engineering Manager and Design Engineer, respectively. Suresh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mysore, which he earned in 1999. He is a senior software engineer and has relevant experience in the field.
