Suruchi Sinha is an experienced Automation Engineer with over 8 years of experience in delivering high-quality products to customers. She is currently working as a Senior SDET at Accolite, where she is responsible for the functional and regression automation testing of Evernote, a note-taking and task management application available on all platforms. Suruchi's expertise lies in automation testing for UI and API using Selenium WebDriver-Java and creating hybrid automation frameworks from scratch using Test Ng, POM, and Maven. She also has experience in desktop application automation using Ranorex (C#) and functional testing on Guidewire Application (P&C Domain). Suruchi has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and always thinks from the client's perspective to understand their expectations from a product. She is skilled in using defect tracking tools such as JIRA, HP-ALM, TFS, Azure Dev-ops, and Test Rails. Additionally, she has limited expertise in Azure application testing. Suruchi has coordinated with clients during 3 Amigo's, Show-N-Tell, and UAT Testing to ensure that the product meets their requirements. In her current role, Suruchi has created automation scripts for web, desktop, Android, and iOS applications. She has performed automation signoff for all the releases and smoke testing on a daily basis. Suruchi also performs daily code reviews in Git for each MR being submitted and demonstrates the completed user stories to the PO and Business. She maintains Jenkins jobs for sign-off, debug jobs, and daily smoke jobs and is responsible for providing final sign-off after completion of test activities. Suruchi has also managed two other team members, cleared their doubts, and removed blockers, approving PRs. She presents the weekly automation progress report to the client and represents her team in broader automation meetings. Suruchi is currently working on a POC that will change the status of TC based on the automation PASS/Fail status. Suruchi has previously worked as a Consultant at Centric Consulting and a Quality Analyst at UnitedHealth. At Centric Consulting, she was involved in developing a POM based new framework for various requirements and was also involved in Guidewire manual testing. At UnitedHealth, Suruchi performed hybrid testing and automated regression tests using a POM based framework and was involved in creating test data using the Maniframe system AS400.
