Sushant Maheshwari is an ambitious, analytical, and focused Program Lead at Meta, with over 9 years of relevant experience. He specializes in leading cross-functional teams in identifying, defining, articulating, and solving large and complex problems. Sushant is currently responsible for Meta's Data Center Security Infrastructure program, which includes Owned Data Centers, Leased Data Centers, and PoPs for the American Continent. Sushant's past experience includes working as a Manager at Deloitte, where he was responsible for Program Strategy Lead for RedBull's Master Site Facility plan and development. He also led Project Management and Oversight efforts for the construction of a 300M manufacturing facility for a global beverage company. At Thornton Tomasetti, Sushant worked as a Project Lead, where he led an internal team to facilitate construction administration and project management for a global consumer client's $900M HQ project in Oregon. Sushant holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree from the University of Illinois, which he completed in 2013. He also has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, which he completed in 2011. Sushant is open to providing mentorship and talking about his journey from a structural engineer working on interesting design challenges to a Program Lead supporting the future growth of Meta. He is an excellent communicator and collaborator, with experience managing C-suite leaders and key stakeholders. Sushant is also a key integrator and communicator between clients, designers, and contractors, with a team of over 40 professionals with varied interests.
