Sushant Krishnan is a product manager with a strong background in frontend engineering. He is a computer science graduate from NIT Jaipur and has three years of experience in product management across various domains. He is currently pursuing an MBA from the Indian School of Business and has expertise in product management, ad-tech, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership. As an Associate Product Manager, he scaled the referrals program, increased new users from referrals by 2.5X in 4 months, and simultaneously decreased the Customer Acquisition Cost by 40%. He also conceptualized and validated a new program that acquires 40% additional users at 25% of the acquisition cost of Digital Marketing. As a Software Engineer, he led the re-architecture of the Grofers app to MVP and worked on post-checkout revamp, SBC membership program, Grand Orange Bag Days, amongst other features.
