He is an expert in developing the technical architecture for products and small to large-scale applications. He is also well-versed in agile, scrum, kanban methodologies, project management, and team management. As a polyglot coder, Sushant has hands-on experience with .NET, Java, and Node.Js, Frontend with ReactJS, Angular, and Vanilla JavaScript. He is also proficient in Grails/Groovy, Spring-Boot, C#, ASP.net MVC, JavaScript, DevOps, and scripting. Currently, Sushant is the Head of Engineering at Cros, where he is responsible for designing and architecting scalable, performant, and robust DAPP services on Ethereum.
