Sushant Kumar is the Founder of Vivid Mynd, a digital solutions company that offers a combination of design and technology to help businesses go online. With a team of experts, Sushant provides Web Development, UI/UX, Branding & DevOps solutions to brands looking to make a mark online. He is passionate about converting ideas into super-cool products or MVPs and is always open to collaboration with other agencies and freelancers. Sushant is also the Founder of SynchroWork, a SaaS product designed to provide a smooth experience for both agencies and clients in terms of project management and tracking. The product offers a range of features such as project management, invoice generation, payment tracking, report generation, and resource management through an easy-to-use web-based SaaS product. Clients can also use the mobile-based app to track ongoing projects, invoices, and payments. The app helps clients sync with all projects through multiple agencies registered with SynchroWork. Prior to starting Vivid Mynd and SynchroWork, Sushant worked as an Experience Developer and Software Developer at NowFloats, where he worked with clients such as Edenred, Care Health Insurance, Informatics India Ltd, and India Shelter. He also contributed to enhancing the application speed using kit-proxy, an in-house proxy solution. Sushant holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from KIIT University and completed his Intermediate education in PCM from Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro Steel City. He has expertise in Web, SQL, NodeJS, DevOps, Mobile, UI, Android, Infra, and Software Engineering and has 3.79 years of relevant experience.
