Sushant Marwah is a competent, diligent, and result-oriented Lead Engineer with over 9 years of experience in Manual and Automated testing & Deployment of Linux based Big Data applications. He is currently associated with Airtel Africa Digital Labs as Lead Site Reliability Engineer - II. Sushant has a proven track record of defining requirements for new products, performing functional and performance testing of the products, and liaising between deployment teams and development teams. He is also an expert in providing L-2 and L-3 analysis of issues reported by the site and updating all stakeholders for the potential risks in timely delivery of builds and patches. Sushant has worked with Mobileum as Senior Technical Lead System Testing, where he prepared test strategy to get maximum coverage in least possible time, mentored new team members, reviewed test suites, and provided test cycle estimates. He was also responsible for identifying the criticality and priority of issues to be fixed in the current sprint and was the first point of contact for various teams and customers. Prior to this, he worked with Guavus as a QA Engineer, where he performed software testing life cycle activities from project initiation to signoff, tested large-scale/big data applications, and carried out manual and automation testing for various products. Sushant holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) and a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. He also has an AISSC from New Era Public School. His tech stack includes SRE, test, Big Data, Senior Software Engineer, and QA. With a relevant experience of 11.79 years, Sushant is a valuable asset to any organization he works with.
