Sushant Pradhan is an experienced full stack developer with over 14 years of relevant experience in software development. He is currently working as the CTO and Co-Founder at accretive, where he is leading the development of a product that helps knowledge professionals, specifically law practitioners, consume text content in context. His expertise lies in web applications, Android development, and text mining. Sushant is skilled in Java, Python, AWS, NLP, document clustering, word and document vectorization, and graph modeling. He has a deep understanding of the technology behind his product, which takes a corpus of text content as input and mines concepts, facts, and QnAs. The mined output is then consumed by downstream communication applications such as email, WhatsApp, and Skype to present relevant content as recommendations during communications where context is being defined. Before joining accretive, Sushant founded justzaap and worked as a Senior Principal Engineer at Talentica. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
