Currently, Sushant is the Director of Engineering at Hubilo, where he leads the engineering team to build and scale the company's products. Prior to this, he worked as an Executive Director at Wissen and as the Head of Engineering at BT, where he gained valuable experience in leading and managing teams. Sushant is an Engineer at heart who loves to work with people and believes in the principles of servant leadership. He is passionate about elevating capabilities among growth mindset individuals and enabling them to achieve their full potential. In terms of education, Sushant holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. He also completed a course in Business Administration and Management from IIM in 2020. Furthermore, he has a background in PCM from GIC Agra.
