Sushanth Raman is an aspiring product leader with a passion for building innovative products that solve real-world problems. With over 8 years of experience in the tech industry, Sushanth has worked with startups and large corporations alike, gaining a wealth of knowledge and expertise along the way. Currently, Sushanth is working on something new, which he is excited to share with the world soon. As a co-founder of Workos, he worked on numerous startup ideas, ranging from co-living to fractional ownership of homes, a no-code SQL editor, and retention management for e-commerce companies. This experience has given him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities that come with building successful products. In his previous role at Retool, Sushanth was responsible for growth, where he developed and executed strategies to drive user acquisition and retention. He was also involved in product development, working closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure that the product met the needs of its users. Sushanth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics from Columbia University, where he gained a strong foundation in both technical and business skills.
