Sushma H K is a highly experienced IT professional with over 16 years of experience in project management, delivery management, and software testing. Currently working as a Program Manager in SAP User Experience Team, Sushma is responsible for successfully delivering SAP products to customers. She has played multiple roles within the Technology Engineering Services team and Cloud Operations teams, including Project Manager, Product Area Lead, Automation developer, Scrum master, Test lead, and Delivery lead. Sushma has an in-depth understanding and experience of all phases of SDLC both in traditional and agile projects and has worked with geographically distributed teams. She possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills and is responsible for the design and development of KPI Dashboard. Sushma actively participates as a Management Representative in ISO 9001:2000 Certification. In her past roles, Sushma has worked as a Product Area Test lead and was responsible for Test qualification cycles for NETWEAVER, HANA, CLOUD, and FIORI releases. She has also worked as a Project Test Lead for Application platform(AP) team under Business By Design product. Sushma has extensive experience in working with cloud operations projects while she was with SAP Success Factors team. She has handled multiple Netweaver support packs as a Delivery Lead for 4+ years and ensured on-time delivery with quality. Sushma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vidya Vikas Institute of Engineering & Technology and completed her High School education from Sree Cauvery School. She has a keen interest in making new contacts both in professional and personal life. Her hobbies include playing badminton, painting, and reading books.
