Sushma Komarabathini is a seasoned Management Consultant with over six years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations. She is currently working at Accenture Strategy, where she is responsible for providing strategic advice to clients on their supply chain operations. Prior to this, Sushma worked at P&G as a Manager, where she led the Site Integrated Planning Horizontal Process Network (SIP HPN) across categories. She also played a key role in the deployment and adoption of OMP+ and Kinaxis Rapid Response across eight business units. Before joining P&G, Sushma worked as a Consultant at KPMG, where she was involved in various projects related to Project Management, Strategy Development, Vendor Management, and Technology. She led the technology workstream for a leading provider of tax services and performed a detailed current state assessment of the technology landscape. She also worked on business process improvement for the IT division of a global automobile company and organization structure redesign for a leading agri-business and supply chain management company. Sushma holds a PGDM from IIM Lucknow and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams. She is a proactive and results-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering value to her clients.
