Sushma Rao is a highly skilled technology enthusiast with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. Her expertise lies in analysis, functional and technical documentation for high and low level design, solution design and development using the Object Oriented Paradigm, and designing and developing microservices. She has a strong background in AWS Cloud Services and has worked in both healthcare and finance domains. Currently, Sushma is a Staff Software Engineer at Visa, where she is responsible for developing and designing software solutions. Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Software Developer at Putnam Investments and as a Senior Associate at Cognizant. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of the industry and has enabled her to develop a wide range of skills. Sushma holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from M S Rammaiah Institute of Engineering. Her education has provided her with a strong foundation in software engineering and has helped her stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
