She is currently working in the Engineering Quality & Cost out space for GE Aviation, where she leads a team that provides insights around overall inventory health and pulsed Supply Chain & Finance leaders to make well-informed decisions. She has a track record of delivering innovative solutions across various functional domains including Finance, Supply Chain & Commercial Operations. Sushmita is a skilled Agile Transformer and Technical Product Owner who likes to challenge the status quo by continuously learning new things and applying them rigorously when it comes to solving complex business cases. She has a strong background in Data Engineering and is proficient in various tech stacks related to the field. Apart from her core responsibilities, Sushmita is actively engaged with GE GPTW team that aims at enhancing processes & operations to make the organization a better and safer place to work.
