Sushmita Venkat is a talented Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and People Operations professional with over 3.85 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition for various roles and levels. At Headout, she was responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, enhancing employee and candidate experience, performance management, employee engagement, HR vendor management, HR and Talent Operations process improvement, shaping the organization culture, SPOC- POSH committee, handling insurance for employees and their families, handling employee grievances, onboarding, exit process, EAP, outplacement, and career counseling. Sushmita holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Christ University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Ethiraj College for Women, and has completed her schooling from Chettinad Vidyashram. She also has experience as a Research Scientist and possesses a diverse set of skills and experience that make her a valuable asset to any organization.
