Sushrut Hundikar is an incoming Software Development Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover, with a strong background in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. He is a highly motivated and skilled individual with 0.86 years of relevant experience in the field of technology. Currently, Sushrut is working as a Summer Intern at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where he is gaining valuable experience in the industry. Prior to this, he worked as an Analyst at Aurum Proptech Limited, where he built a regression model for housing price prediction operating at a mean absolute error of 18.2%. He also achieved an MAE of less than 25% for 0.78 quantile properties using the XGBoost Regressor. Additionally, he conducted extensive research on 50+ business models of U.S. real estate technology start-ups and curated feature maps and user journey maps for different user personas of Rental and Co-living Space. Sushrut also attended investment meetings and analyzed the pitch-decks of various proptech start-ups. Sushrut's past experience also includes working as a Sponsorship and Accounts Manager at Team Shunya, IIT Bombay, where he represented India in international solar energy powered house building competitions and secured 2nd position in the Attached Housing division of Solar Decathlon 2021 Design Challenge. He also procured sponsorship of DesignBuilder software & other merchandise for the team during the competition. Sushrut's technical skills include expertise in XGBoost, Flask, and Software Engineering. He has also worked as a Research Scientist. With his diverse skill set and experience, Sushrut is well-equipped to take on new challenges in the technology industry.
