Sushruth Beeti is a skilled software engineer with a passion for technology and problem-solving. With expertise in software development, research, teaching, and entrepreneurship, he believes that technology can help solve any problem, no matter how big or small, and improve the way we live. Sushruth is always eager to take on new and challenging domains of technology, especially in computer science, to develop solutions with a more holistic approach. Sushruth has experience in Full Stack Development, Image Processing (Object Detection), and Machine Learning (Large Scale Recommender Systems). He has worked with various technologies such as MERN (MongoDB ExpressJS ReactJS NodeJS) stack, Spring MVC, Angular, MySQL, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, JMS Queues, OpenCV, Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, Keras, Git, SVN (Version Control), and Basic Linux Skills. His current interests include Computer Vision, Large Scale Recommender Systems, and Large Scale Application Architectures (System Design). Currently, Sushruth is a Software Engineer Intern at DraftKings Inc. He has also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology, where he built the HyLOS (Hybrid Learning-Optimization Solver) Framework, which solves Discrete Optimization problems (Variation of Team Orienteering Problem) combining Machine Learning, Meta-Heuristics, and traditional Mixed Integer Linear Programming methods. Additionally, he has mentored passionate individuals at Newton School in DSA/Full Stack Development Curriculum. Sushruth has an MS in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, which he is currently pursuing and is expected to complete in 2023. He also has a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which he completed in 2019.
