Susmita Datta is an experienced System Requirement Engineer with over 12 years of experience in the automotive industry. Currently working as a Requirements Manager I at HARMAN International, she is recognized for her expertise in requirement management and delivery of system requirement artifacts for leading projects in Automotive Infotainment. Susmita has a deep background in system development and system verification in the automotive domain with Agile and SDLC methodologies. She is skilled in conducting meetings with business stakeholders, product owners, development, and quality teams to capture and define system/software requirements and behavior. She also has experience in design review, risk management for system design, and participation in the audit process. Susmita is proficient in using IBM Rational tools, CAN, and various other tools used for requirement management and system testing in the automotive domain. She is responsible for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay certification in various programs and has detailed knowledge in wired and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
