Susmita Sadhu is a skilled technology lead currently working at Infosys. With over 4 years of relevant experience, Susmita has a strong background in software development, database management, and web application development. She is a core team member of the National Digital Library of India, a Digital India Initiative of the Indian government, sponsored by the MHRD and coordinated by IIT Kgp. As part of the team, she has developed a highly reliable, scalable, and robust application for the nation. Susmita is an effective problem solver and regularly participates in design discussions and implementation. Susmita has a sound knowledge of various programming languages such as Java, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JQuery. She has hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Optimization Techniques, and Pattern Mining algorithms. Her expertise in Natural Language Processing and Resource Description Framework (RDF) is also noteworthy. Susmita is well-versed in SQL Server and PostgreSQL and has designed and developed REST APIs using PHP. Prior to Infosys, Susmita worked as a Sr. Software Developer (Sr. Project Officer) at the National Digital Library of India, where she analyzed requirements and designed, developed, and tested web applications. She also developed, updated, and organized PostgreSQL database structures to handle user information. Susmita has also worked as a Software Engineer at Keross, where she was responsible for developing projects using Java, Flex, Spring, and Hibernate. Susmita holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from IIT, Kharagpur, and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from West Bengal University of Technology. She also has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Calcutta. Susmita completed her Higher Secondary education from Bongaon Kumudini Uchcha Balika Vidyalaya and her Secondary education from the same school. Susmita's technical skills include SQL, PHP, Web development, Software Engineering, NLP, Java, Spring, product management, ML, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
