Sutirtha Guha (SG) is an experienced engineering leader with a successful track record of managing multiple engineering teams and delivering quality engineering releases. He is currently the Director of Product Engineering at Enquero, where he defines integration and development strategy by combining industry experience with product and customer knowledge. With over 24 years of relevant experience, SG has developed strong people management and communication skills, which enable him to collaborate effectively with product management, various internal functions, and customers to achieve successful outcomes. He has a proven ability to attract, hire, and retain top engineering talent, helping teams operate at their maximum potential and shaping and promoting the culture of the engineering organization. SG has worked with several reputed organizations in the past, including L&T and Tech Mahindra, where he held leadership positions such as Dy Head and Delivery Manager, respectively. He has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Raipur and completed his high school education from Delhi Public School, Bhilai. SG's tech stack includes expertise in Senior Software Engineering, Product Management, Integration, Software Engineering, Infra, AngularJS, Javascript, Spring Boot, Spring, Microservices, and Java.
