Suvobroto Banerjee is an experienced professional with over 11 years of experience in learning and development, training and recruitment. He holds an MBA degree in HR and Analytics from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur. He also has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology. Suvobroto has strong technical skills in data analysis, including advanced Excel, Tableau, Word, PowerPoint, and working knowledge of R platform and SPSS. He possesses strong quantitative research and data analytic skills, and is adept at data interpretation and visualization. He is also knowledgeable in adult learning and training practices by Bloom’s Taxonomy, imparting creative thinking through cognitive learning, and analyzing and evaluating the results of training by Kirkpatrick Model. He has experience in implementing ADDIE model of instructional design framework and counseling, motivation with the help of Maslow’s Theory, XY Theory, 2 Factor Theory, and implementation of Competency Model and Performance Management System. He has expertise in end-to-end training and development management and finding out learning outcomes and training outcomes by Gamification. Suvobroto is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Amity University Kolkata. He has previously worked as a Faculty Coordinator at International Relations - Techno India Group and as an Assistant Professor at Techno India Group.
