Suyash Kulshrestha is a seasoned engineering leader with over 12 years of experience in software development across various domains. He is currently a Senior Software Development Manager at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), where he actively contributed to building an entire new organization in India. Suyash is a highly motivated and customer-focused leader who likes to go above and beyond for his team. He strongly believes in team work and ethical work principles. Suyash has a rich experience in software development across avionics, healthcare and Cloud Infrastructure domains. He has devoted a lot of time to innovation prototyping and lean software development during his career. He is a strong believer in team work and ethical work principles. At OCI, Suyash has owned and managed the functions of Software Development Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering to deliver major features and key operational improvements across multiple services in Virtual Networking. He is also a part of the OCI Bartender (Bar-raiser) Community to support hiring across all services. Prior to joining OCI, Suyash worked as a Senior Software Engineer at UnitedHealth and as a Technical Lead - Software at Rockwell Collins. He has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy. He also holds a degree in Science, Maths, and Computer Science from St. John's School, D.L.W. Suyash has a strong technical background and his tech stack includes Software Engineer, infra, SRE, and Senior Software Engineer. He is a highly motivated and dedicated leader who is always willing to go the extra mile for his team.
