Swadhin Patro is a Software Engineer 3 at Veative Labs with a passion for Javascript, NodeJs, ReactJs, and the web development ecosystem. Swadhin is a graduate of National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2018. Swadhin brings 4.86 years of experience to his current role, having previously worked as a Software Developer 2 at PayPal and as a summer intern at Goldman Sachs. At PayPal, he was a core contributor in widgetizing React components with BFF and graphql schema. He also created Node and React SDKs that web, Android, and iOS teams could integrate to render their webpage dynamically just by creating a JSON file, reducing creating flows from 3-4 weeks to 1-1.5 weeks. At Veative Labs, Swadhin completely re-designed and architected micro frontend architecture from their monolithic web app, reducing the time to release for marketing campaigns from 2-3 days to a couple of hours. He also upgraded to NextJS from ReactJS app to deliver SEO optimized web app to drive traffic, improving SEO rank and perceived latency to end-users. Swadhin is proficient in a range of tech stacks, including AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, Spring Boot, Kafka, and SQL. He has experience in frontend and backend development, integration, and product management. Swadhin is a team player who enjoys working with people who share the same passion for building and designing products. When he is not coding, he likes playing badminton and table tennis.
