Swagat Suman Nayak is a B2B SaaS Growth Marketer with a passion for connecting the dots and building relationships. He started his career journey as a sales team leader for AIESEC in Bhubaneswar during his graduation days at KIIT University. In 2021, he got an opportunity to become a part of the summer internship with the Fortune 500 SaaS company, HighRadius, where he was trained on various aspects of B2B sales and marketing. After an enriching journey, Swagat received a pre-placement offer from HighRadius and started his career in Product Marketing. As a Product Marketing Analyst, Swagat was involved in various high-value marketing initiatives such as creating content for trade shows, running email campaigns, generating MQLs, and boosting registration, customer advocacy programs, and scripting product videos for sales enablement. He has also generated product marketing assets targeting Fortune 1000 companies in the form of ebooks, blogs, whitepapers, and case studies. Swagat has experience in creating a multitude of graphics such as LinkedIn banners, email banners, carousal, and video thumbnails for various marketing initiatives. He has monitored various ERPs such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and MS dynamics to leverage upon their gap cases to create consolidated content assets around HighRadius' products. Swagat has also done analytics monitoring using CRMs like Salesforce and Hubspot to track the buyer journey. Swagat is currently working as a Growth Marketer at Spear Growth, where he continues to gather knowledge and explore a wide range of areas in B2B marketing. He is a lifelong learner and enjoys connecting the dots between ideas from different disciplines, people from different teams, or applications from different industries.
