He is currently having a good time at CRED, where he works as an Enabler. Swamy is also the founder and CEO of Pianta, a home healthcare startup that was acquired by GoJek. He has domain specialization in ride-hailing, supply operations, home healthcare, medicine delivery, teleconsultation, e-prescription, supply chain, customer support, and cybersecurity. Swamy is a technology specialist in mobile experiences, information security, scalability, and performance engineering. He has hands-on experience in leading and building engineering/product organizations and building consumer and enterprise products that scale to millions of users. Swamy is a strong believer in lean strategies, iterative development, customer fixation, and data-driven approaches. Apart from his professional life, Swamy is also an incubator, founder, and keyboardist for Agam, a Carnatic progressive rock band. He has interests in leadership, mentoring, organizational design, behavioral economics, product strategy, niche consulting, ride-hailing, driver empowerment, healthcare, music, data science, performance engineering, and information security. Swamy's past companies include Edge Networks, where he worked as a technology advisor, and Agam, where he worked as a keyboardist, lyricist, and co-founder. He completed his Bachelor's of Engineering in Computer Science from Bharathiyar University in 1995. Swamy's tech stack includes data science, mobile, and senior software engineering.
