He has been instrumental in driving the company's growth and success, having worked across various chatbot use cases such as commerce, customer service, utility, and lead generation. Under Swapan's leadership, Haptik has reached over 100 million devices and processed over 2 billion conversations till date. The company's intelligent virtual assistant solutions enable Fortune 500 brands globally to enhance customer experience, while saving costs and increasing sales.
