Swapanateet Dey is a seasoned Project and Program Manager with over 8 years of experience in handling and executing large-scale program-level initiatives, complex technical cross-functional projects, and individual projects ranging in different domains. He is passionate about solving product and technology-related challenges and bridging the gaps between teams working together to achieve it. Swapanateet has a strong understanding of Industry-level Projects, Business Requirements, Business Work Flow, and Objectives, and is skilled in Process Excellence, Strategic Management, and Vendor Management. Swapanateet has expertise in Agile methodologies, using Agile Scrum (Iterative and Incremental) practices, cloud implementation using AWS, and DevOps practices. He is also trained in PMP and has experiences on Lean Six Sigma. Swapanateet wears multiple hats, playing roles of a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, and as a Scrum Master at various functions. He is a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist®, CSM®, PSM II™, and Prince2 Practitioner®. Swapanateet has exposure starting from software product development, enterprise systems and modules, R&D projects, e-commerce, Marketplace, Retail, Travel, FinTech & Semi-Conductor chipset. He is a careful overseer of disparate departments with widely varying levels of technical knowledge and is practiced at maintaining harmonious operations while meeting frequently discordant needs of internal personnel, business channel partners, and customers. Swapanateet is currently spearheading as a Technical Project Manager at Intel for India Configuration Engineering Team of PSG. He is pioneering new projects/initiatives for the world's most predominant Blue Chip Semiconductor based organization. He is passionate about Strategic Thinking, Solving consumer problems through product & technology, and building scalable, long-term business processes. Swapanateet has completed his Master of Business Administration - MBA in Information Technology Management from Symbiosis and his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Science Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University.
