She is currently working as a Senior Category Manager at Flipkart, leading sourcing and buying for the Toys and Stationary category, with an annual business of INR 2000 Crores. Swapnika is responsible for business development, key accounts, vendor management, inventory management, and monetization for the branded portfolio. Previously, Swapnika was leading Demand Generation, Category Marketing, and Pricing Strategy for the Automotive Accessories category with an annual business of INR 1000 Crores. During the festive season sale event, she achieved a remarkable 120% revenue growth. Prior to Flipkart, Swapnika worked with Vodafone Idea Ltd. (formerly Idea Cellular Ltd.) under the Vodafone Idea Leaders Program for Corporate Management Trainees. Swapnika holds an MBA in Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from NIT Raipur.
