In his earlier role, Swapnil was handling Training & Development, Employee engagement, Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruitment, responsible for planning & strategy, Off-campus events, for almost 10 years. He has an engineering degree in E&TC engineering and has worked on the delivery side for 3.5 years, handling clients like HP & Agilent Technologies. Swapnil is also the Co-Founder of Orgpick Pvt. Ltd., an e-commerce platform for all sorts of organic products. Orgpick is built to deliver the best, healthy, and certified organic products to its consumers. Swapnil takes pride in being one of the largest suppliers and exporters of premium quality Fresh Organic Produces and other products. In his past companies, Swapnil has been the Founder of Populus Flyers Private Limited, a repute consultant in different sectors. Populus Flyers is into the BPO/KPO sector catering to multiple clients across the globe. He has also been the Head - HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing & Business Development at Perscitus Solutions, where he handled the entire gamut of HR, Marketing & Biz Dev. Swapnil's tech stack includes Software Engineer, Java, and AngularJS. He has relevant experience of 16.70 years.
