Swapnil B. is a highly energetic and self-taught designer with a background in technology. He has been recognized as a Google Developer Expert in Design at the age of 24 and has also mentored startups as a part of their Startups Mentor program. Swapnil likes to design products that provide superior experiences and solve problems for the people using them. He believes in form follows function and takes ownership of ideas. Swapnil is a strong believer in values, culture, and community. Currently, Swapnil works as a Product Design Manager at CleverTap, where he leads the design for a newly formed product, CleverTap for Startups, to hit an organic revenue of $1 Million in 8 months of launch with a lean team. Prior to this, Swapnil worked as a Product Designer at BookMyShow, where he helped establish a system with the Head of Design, coordinated with the business, revamped the entire e-mailers' designs, and provided inputs for various verticals. He also worked as a Product Design & UI at Paytm, where he led the design efforts for CreditMate's consumer-facing website and Android app, and reduced the bounce rate from 95% to 42%. Swapnil holds a Master of Computer Applications in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Mumbai and a Master of Computer Applications from Deccan Education Society, NMITD. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/Computer Science from the University of Mumbai and a Secondary School Certificate from St Lawrence High School, Borivali. Swapnil's tech stack includes product designer, designer, mobile, product manager, research scientist, frontend, android, ui, and web. He has relevant experience of 5.79 years.
