Swapnil Dwivedi is a Senior Product Manager with over 8 years of experience in creating consumer internet products in diverse businesses such as e-commerce, hyperlocal discovery, Ed-tech & Cloud storage. Currently, Swapnil is a Senior Product Manager at Flipkart, where he leads the Product manager for the Product Page (PDP) experience for the Flipkart App. He has defined the product roadmap & strategy for the Product Page, set up stakeholder interfaces, and led product page enhancements & new features across info presentation, comprehension, Trust & decision assistance. He has launched features such as key attributes in the image gallery, Value tags & NEP, Policy widget, Quick compare widget, delivering over x.x K Cr in incremental GMV, yy bps of improvement in CABN/PPV. Swapnil has also contributed to strategic programs across Flipkart, such as value communication, personalization, and worked with teams such as Price & Promotion, returns. In the past, Swapnil has worked as a Product Manager at magicpin, where he was the product owner for the Feed page & Content for magicpin Android & iOS apps with 1.5 million+ MAU. He has released multiple features to drive feed engagement & merchant discovery, such as Content creation, Content distribution, and Content consumption. Swapnil has also set up a community team in 7 cities to onboard and retain good content creators. Swapnil has also worked as a Senior Product Manager at Teno, where he was the Head of product & UX. He was the product owner for Web, Android & iOS apps with 1mn+ installs, 7000+ registered schools. He has launched new, dynamic App home screens to increase feature awareness and modified on-boarding journeys to decrease drop-offs. Swapnil has also released features such as React Native mini-apps to drive growth by increasing the value proposition to schools. Swapnil holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance & Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from MNNIT.
