Swapnil Gawde is a Senior Technical Program Manager with over 11 years of experience in software delivery and creating scalable systems for Data Platforms, Business Intelligence, Analytics & Machine Learning, and Application/Website Development for various business domains. As a seasoned TPM with hands-on expertise in Data, BI, and Analytics, he has a strong technical background, ability to fast-track collaboration between business and technical teams, intuitive understanding of Agile practices, and a servant leader approach to team management. Currently working at Google as a Senior TPM in Risk Data Platform & Analytics team, Swapnil drives Big Data & Analytics programs for growth of Alphabet's data-driven risk management discipline. In his previous role at Google, he managed successful delivery of multiple Business Analytics programs that enabled data-driven risk reduction in Alphabet infrastructure and assets, such as Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure, Corporate Infrastructure Endpoints, Third Party Packages, and Extended Workforce. Swapnil's adaptability to different work environments across business domains, experience in multiple technologies across the software stack, and an urge to always keep learning and improving helps him start on any new work with confidence, and enables him to grow his team's strengths by leading from the front. He is a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert in Business Intelligence (MCSE-BI) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert in Data Management, Business Intelligence, and Analytics. Swapnil has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai and completed his education from Ramnarain Ruia College. His technical expertise includes Big Data, infra, and ML.
