Swapnil Kumar is an experienced Coordinator with a strong background in non-profit organization management. He is skilled in ANSYS, Solidworks, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Management, Microsoft PowerPoint, Arduino, and C++. Swapnil holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Currently, Swapnil is working as a Graduate Software Engineer Trainee at Jaguar Land Rover. He is responsible for developing and testing software applications and ensuring their seamless integration with other systems. Previously, he worked as a Research Intern at JFE Steel Corporation, where he gained extensive experience in FEM simulation of the steel refining process using STARCCM+. During his internship, he developed an implicit transient, multi-phase model to simulate the steel refining process in a converter, researched key factors affecting efficiency and time of the process, and improved converter and outlet design, resulting in a 60% reduction in process time and a 10% increment in output efficiency. Swapnil is also a Core Team Member of the IIT Bombay Mars Rover Team, where he is involved in designing and building a robotic rover for Mars exploration. He is passionate about technology and is constantly seeking new challenges to enhance his skills. With over 2.43 years of relevant experience, Swapnil is a software engineer and research scientist with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
