Swapnil Landage is an Associate Software Engineer with a passion for learning and upskilling. After completing his Bachelor's degree in 2017, he spent three years preparing for government competitive examinations but unfortunately did not succeed. He then decided to acquire skills that would help him secure a job and gain experience. Despite facing rejection due to lack of experience, Swapnil remained determined and sought advice from friends on the best skill to learn in a short time span. One friend suggested he join Masai School where he could learn full-stack web development, and after attending a free workshop, Swapnil was convinced that he could become a software engineer in just six months. Currently, Swapnil is learning MERN stack at Masai School and has already gained proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in just three months. He is also upskilling himself with technical skills and frameworks such as MongoDB, Express JS, React JS, Node JS, and Algorithms and Data structures. Swapnil is a proactive and efficient team player with excellent remote collaboration skills and a commitment to achieving organizational goals. He is passionate about new technologies and enjoys solving algorithmic problems, with a good grasp of data structures. Apart from his work, Swapnil enjoys traveling and exploring new places on his bike, cooking food, watching movies, and reading books. He is currently working as an Associate Software Engineer at Indus Net Technologies (Int.) and has relevant experience of 0.60 years.
