Swapnil Nikam is a highly experienced Senior Test Engineer with over 12 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. He is skilled in Agile Testing, Requirements Analysis, GUI Testing, Agile Methodologies, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). His strong quality assurance background is supported by a Bsc in Science-Computer Application and MCA from the University of Pune. He is also proficient in the German language. Currently, Swapnil is working as a Sr. Test Engineer at CRIF India, where he is responsible for leading teams of 6-8 members, managing, analyzing, and maintaining test cases, and attending daily/weekly project scrum meetings. He is also involved in testing REST API using POSTMAN tools, performing mobile testing on the Native/Hybrid App, and managing defects in JIRA for the complete lifecycle of a defect. Swapnil has previously worked as a Sr. Test Engineer at Valueadd Softtech & Systems and Tech Mahindra, where he was responsible for monitoring Tealeaf sessions, performing functional testing, GUI testing, regression testing, and documenting scenarios. Swapnil's technical expertise includes test, SDET, mobile, QA, software engineering, Android, iOS, and senior software engineering. He has extensive experience in testing applications developed using various mobile technologies, including Android, iOS, etc. He also has a good understanding of working on applications developed for touch screen phones.
