Swapnil Patange is an Electronics & Telecommunication Engineer turned self-taught Android Developer with 5.78 years of relevant experience. He has a passion for problem-solving and coding in general. Swapnil's journey with Android started in 2016 when he was curious to learn something new, and since then, Android has become a household name for him. Currently, Swapnil is a Software Engineer Android at PhonePe, leading the Online Merchants team for Android. He has experience working in consumer tech product-based companies. Swapnil is always open to learning and taking on new challenges. In the past, Swapnil has worked as an SDE Android at BookMyShow, where he was part of the core mobile team responsible for both platform and feature development tasks. He was passionate about app hygiene and quality code and actively involved in code reviews and 1 to 1 code pairing sessions. He has also worked as an Android Developer at Mouthshut.com, where he led and mentored a team of two Android developers. He developed a complete real estate module of the app from scratch in MVP pattern and revamped core legacy modules to MVVM and Kotlin. He was also involved in new feature development using MVVM and Jetpack components and managed the release cycle. Swapnil's education includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Vidyavardhini's College of Engineering and Technology. He also completed his HSC in Science from Utkarsha Vidyalaya and Junior College and his SSC from St. Mary's English High School. Swapnil's tech stack includes Android, Software Engineer, Mobile, test, Dagger, and ui.
