Swapnil Pensalwar is a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience in product management, business analysis, MES consulting, and development. He is passionate about solving customer problems using modern technology and creating, scaling, and optimizing business portfolios. Swapnil is results-driven and focuses on delivering key outcomes, building amazing teams, and quickly adapting to new learnings. Currently, Swapnil is the AVP and leads the Engineering team at Ecolibrium Energy, responsible for the development and release of the SmartSense product. He interacts daily with technical architects, development teams, QA teams, DevOps teams, and user experience teams to ensure the product delivers value to clients. Swapnil is committed to upgrading his skills and recently completed a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification, which helps him improve agile implementation for the SmartSense product. Swapnil's past experiences include working as a Product Delivery Manager at Ecolibrium Energy and as a Consultant at PSI Metals. He has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in IT Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Sanjivani Rural Education Society. Swapnil's technical skills include expertise in QA, product management, DevOps, and senior software engineering.
