Prior to his current role, Swapnil was the CEO & Co-Founder of HalaPlay, a real money gaming platform that empowers serious and casual sports enthusiasts to play cash-based quick, simple, and interesting fantasy, quiz, and card games. HalaPlay was acquired by Nazara and Delta Corp, a testament to Swapnil's exceptional leadership and business acumen. Before HalaPlay, Swapnil worked as a Software Developer at MoEngage Inc., a leading user analytics and engagement platform to improve customer retention and lifetime value. During his time at MoEngage, Swapnil developed a web dashboard from where clients can create different types of campaigns, see stats, analyze data, and perform other operations.
