Swaranjana Nayak is a final year Computer Science undergraduate student at VIT, Vellore with a passion for problem-solving and designing solutions. With four years of experience in this field, Swaranjana has developed a strong interest in designing systems, architectures, databases, interfaces and writing clean code. Currently, Swaranjana is working as an SWE intern at Fidelity Investments, where she has been a part of many projects, both personal and otherwise. Over the last two years, she has participated in hackathons, ideathons, and open-source events and has picked up skills in Algorithm Design, Full Stack Development, Machine Learning, and User Interface Design. Swaranjana is highly skilled in Python programming for both Machine Learning and Development, Flutter and Dart full-stack application development, and Java Programming. She has also dabbled in React.js and Node.js and has built prototypes with Figma design software. In addition to her academic pursuits, Swaranjana enjoys reading books and visiting indie cafes. She believes that heaven is an independent bookstore adjacent cafe with free, unlimited coffee. Swaranjana has previously worked as a Project Intern at DRDO, where she designed and developed an android application that provides users with surface and upper-air meteorological data required for ballistic calculations. She implemented the frontend using Flutter & Dart and implemented a custom backend using Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework. She has also participated in the Script Winter of Code as an Open Source Developer. Swaranjana has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from VIT, Vellore, and has completed 12th HSC from Sri Chaitanya Jr College, Pune, and 10th CBSE from Jnana Prabodhini Prashala. She is highly skilled in Software Engineering, Javascript, ML, Flutter, Frontend, Backend, Python, and Django. With 0.36 years of relevant experience, Swaranjana is a highly motivated and skilled individual who is eager to grow and learn in the field of Computer Science.
