Swarnim Das is a dynamic Software Engineer at CGI with extensive experience in Full Stack Development and a certification as a ServiceNow Application Developer. He is currently working as a Lead Consultant with a team of eight members to transform the client's Service Delivery Management process into ServiceNow. This project involves integrating REST, Touchpoint Notification, Case Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer into a single platform with optimized workflows. As a Team Lead, Swarnim is responsible for expanding ServiceNow capabilities in his organization by building POCs, strengthening the ServiceNow COE, consulting multiple Business Units in development and architecture, screening new candidates, and training freshers. Swarnim has a background in Computer Engineering, having completed his Bachelor of Technology from KIIT University in 2018. He also holds a degree in XII-CBSE from DAV Public School, Bistupur, and X-CBSE from Atomic Energy Central School, Narwapahar. Swarnim has worked as a Full Stack Developer Trainee at StackRoute, where he was part of a team of four that developed a mobile-first web application called Agiler. This application helps users capture scrum agenda in an interactive, user-friendly interface and keep track of scheduled tasks, backlogs on team, project, and individual member basis. He has also worked as a Software Development Intern at Tata Steel, where he developed an E-Commerce Web App in ASP.Net, C#. Swarnim is proficient in various technologies, including Software Engineering, Design, Integration, Web, Mobile, dotNET, and ASP.NET. He has 4.87 years of relevant experience and is a highly motivated individual with a passion for learning and exploring new technologies. Swarnim is an excellent team player and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He is a problem solver, a critical thinker, and is always looking for ways to improve processes and workflows.
