He establishes desired service behaviors for the software products used by IBM customers, measures how the service is actually behaving, and corrects discrepancies by enhancing monitoring software like Prometheus and Kibana using programming languages like Python and Bash. He follows Agile methodologies in his work and conducts incident responses and blameless postmortems. Prior to IBM, Swaroop worked at Numerex, a Sierra Wireless company, as a DevOps Engineer and CI/CD Automation Engineer. He has a Bachelor's degree in Technology in Computer Science Engineering from CVSR College of Engineering and Technology. Swaroop is a proactive and result-oriented professional who is committed to delivering quality work.
