Currently working as a Machine Learning Engineer at Clearquote, Swaroop has previously worked in an automobile company where he provided deep learning solutions to insurance and aviation companies. He has also worked for a healthcare startup where he was involved in understanding the facial emotions of senior citizens and classifying them using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN). Swaroop has implemented transfer learning with multiple TensorFlow (Keras) pre-trained CNN models (VGG16, ResNet-50, and Inception V3), resulting in 94.3% test accuracy with the Inception V3 architecture. He has also deployed the CNN image classifier model into the Flask web application in the Azure server, which sends a notification to family members if a person’s emotion is either sad, fear or anger. Swaroop is a Bachelor of Technology graduate in Electrical Engineering from JK Lakshmipat University.
