At STMicroelectronics, Swarup managed projects on software tools development and deployment for embedded systems and software configuration management. Swarup's educational background includes a P.G.D.M in Business Administration and Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Srinagar, and primary, secondary, and senior secondary schooling from Hem Sheela Model School in India.
