He is currently working as a Wealth Management Intern at Ask Group, where he engineers quality investment proposals based on clients' risk profiles, investment objectives, and time horizons. He also prepares client portfolio reviews for multiple High Net Income clients using tracker tools and relevant data. Swastik is proficient in compiling top-performing asset classes like Equities, Fixed Income, and Alternatives for strategic asset allocation. Prior to his current role, Swastik worked as a Project Intern at HDFC, where he studied the Retail Loan Disbursement Process of Commercial Vehicles and created their process flow documentation. He also analyzed TAT & MIS reports of loan disbursements to identify conflicts in disbursements and approvals. Swastik also has experience as a Founder at Elemential Blockchain Lab, where he directed and supervised a cohort of 20+ developers, giving them operational experience in delivering live projects. He was associated with topmost Indian fintechs to provide mentorship expertise and test projects requiring blockchain integration. Swastik holds a Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) in Department of Energy Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and is currently pursuing an MSc in Finance from ESADE, which he is expected to complete in 2021. He is proficient in Blockchain, test, and integration and has relevant experience of 3.86 years.
